Longhorn Truck Parking Agreement

This Parking Agreement ("Agreement") is between Longhorn Truck Parking ("Owner") and the driver or company named in this contract ("Customer"). By signing, Customer agrees to the terms below.

1. Parking space. Owner gives Customer permission to park the vehicle(s) listed in this contract at the selected lot for the plan and dates chosen. This is a license to park, not a lease, and no bailment is created. Owner does not take custody or control of the vehicle, its keys or its cargo. Owner may assign or change Customer's parking spot within the lot.

2. Rates and payment. Rates are $25 per day, $100 per week and $200 per month, paid in advance. The same rates apply to containers on chassis. Weekly and monthly plans renew automatically unless Customer cancels before the next billing date. Payments are non-refundable for time already started. If payment is more than 5 days late, Owner may suspend gate access and, after notice as required by Texas law, have the vehicle towed or booted at Customer's expense.

3. Gate code and access. Customer will receive a gate code after the contract is signed and paid. Customer must keep the code private and must not share it. Only the vehicles listed in this contract may be parked. Customer must tell Owner before changing vehicles or plates.

4. Lot rules. Drive 5 mph or slower on the lot. No major repairs, oil changes, washing or dumping of fluids, trash or waste. No hazardous materials, unless Owner approves in writing. No living on the lot. No loud music, illegal activity, weapons used in a threatening way, drugs or alcohol. Customer is responsible for any damage, spills or cleanup caused by Customer's vehicle, cargo, employees or guests.

5. Insurance and liability. Customer must keep valid registration and insurance on every vehicle parked on the lot, and must give proof if asked. Customer parks at their own risk. Owner is not responsible for theft, vandalism, weather, fire or any loss or damage to vehicles, trailers, containers, cargo or personal property, unless caused by Owner's gross negligence. Customer will indemnify and hold harmless Owner, its owners, employees and agents from any claims, costs or damages arising from Customer's use of the lot.

6. Ending this agreement. Either party may end a weekly or monthly plan with notice before the next billing date. Customer must remove all vehicles by the last paid day. Owner may end this agreement right away if Customer breaks these rules. Vehicles left after the agreement ends may be towed at Customer's expense under Texas law.

7. General. This Agreement is governed by Texas law. It is the full agreement between the parties and may be signed electronically.
